Learn the Secret to Authentic Flavor
Discover Tokyo through its most beloved comfort food: Ramen.
In this hands-on class near Shibuya Station, you’ll make fresh noodles from scratch, cook chicken chashu, and adjust the soup to your taste. The highlight is creating and tasting three classics—Tonkotsu Ramen, Shoyu Ramen, and Miso Ramen—side by side in one memorable session.
Your experience begins with a warm welcome at our ramen studio just a short walk from the station. You’ll knead dough, cut noodles with a professional machine, and prepare your chicken chashu. Then assemble three mini bowls, fine-tune flavor, add toppings, and plate an Instagram-worthy ramen trio. Finally, sit down and enjoy everything you made.
No experience needed. Hosted fully in English and kept small for personal guidance, this class is perfect for couples, families, and friends. You’ll capture plenty of photo moments along the way.
The activity starts and ends at the same location, so you can continue exploring Shibuya right after class. Leave not only with a happy stomach but also with new skills and a deeper connection to Japanese food culture.
