How do I check prices and available dates?

Use the booking calendar to select your date and guests. Current prices and availability are confirmed there.

What is the cancellation policy?

Direct bookings use our experience tour cancellation policy (体験型ツアー専用キャンセルポリシー). Check the cancellation deadlines and charges displayed in the booking calendar before purchase. Other booking platforms have their own terms.

What if I arrive late?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Guests arriving 5 minutes or more after the scheduled start time cannot participate.

Can I book for 10 or more guests, or a private experience?

Email trade@viyago.jp with your dates, group size and requests. Our team will confirm the arrangements.
